1. Compliance Commitment
Z10Q is committed to maintaining a compliant platform by:
- Preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crime
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations in jurisdictions where we operate
- Maintaining records of users, identities, and transaction information
- Screening users against government sanctions and watchlists
- Conducting appropriate due diligence based on risk assessment
2. Identity Verification (KYC)
To use Z10Q, we require:
Basic Information
- Full legal name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Phone number
- Permanent address
Document Verification
- Government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driver's License)
- Proof of address (Utility bill, bank statement, rent agreement)
- For high-value investors: Bank statements or wealth verification
Source of Funds
We may ask about:
- Source of investment capital
- Nature of your business/employment
- Income level and net worth
3. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
For high-value or high-risk investors, we conduct additional verification:
- Large investment amounts
- PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening
- Beneficial ownership verification for entities
- Source of funds verification
4. Sanctions Screening
We screen users and their associated entities against applicable government sanctions and watchlists, including:
- Government sanctions lists
- International sanctions designations
- Law enforcement watchlists
- Financial crime watchlists
If a user matches a sanctions list, we will suspend their account and may file required regulatory reports.
5. Transaction Monitoring
We monitor for suspicious activity:
- Unusual investment patterns
- Rapid deposits/withdrawals
- Transactions with sanctioned entities
- Structuring to avoid reporting thresholds
6. Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)
If you are or are related to a PEP (government official, judiciary, military), we:
- Conduct additional verification
- Screen more frequently
- May restrict certain activities
You must disclose PEP status if asked.
7. Beneficial Ownership
For entities (companies, partnerships, trusts), we identify:
- Ultimate beneficial owners (25%+ ownership)
- Authorized signatories
- Business purpose and operations
8. Record Retention
We retain KYC documents and transaction records for:
- Minimum 5 years after account closure
- Longer if required by law
- May be disclosed to authorities upon request
9. Reporting Obligations
We may be required to report to authorities:
- Suspicious activity reports (SAR)
- Currency transaction reports (CTR) - large deposits
- Regulatory investigations or requests
We may not disclose that we filed a report.
10. Account Suspension
We may suspend or close your account if:
- KYC information is false or incomplete
- You match a sanctions list
- Suspicious activity is detected
- You're on a government watchlist
- You refuse to provide required information
- Regulatory authorities request it
11. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Update information if circumstances change
- Disclose PEP status if applicable
- Not use another person's identity
- Not engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
- Cooperate with compliance investigations
12. Foreign Exchange Compliance
If you are a resident of a country with foreign exchange controls, your investments may be subject to regulatory restrictions and reporting requirements. These may include:
- Foreign investment declaration and reporting requirements
- Capital outflow limitations
- Remittance restrictions and annual limits
- Currency conversion requirements
Consult a tax and legal professional regarding applicable restrictions in your jurisdiction.
13. Tax Compliance
You are responsible for:
- Reporting investment income to tax authorities
- Filing capital gains tax returns
- Maintaining detailed investment records
- Complying with India's Schedule FA (foreign assets)
14. Changes to Policy
Z10Q may update this policy to comply with regulatory requirements. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
15. Disputes & Appeals
If we restrict your account or require additional documentation:
- We will notify you of the reason
- You have 15 days to appeal
