• Engage in harassment, abuse, threatening, or defamatory conduct

• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code

3. User Accounts

By submitting content to Z10Q, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content on the Platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Z10Q MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free access
• Freedom from viruses or malware
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Results from use of the Platform

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Z10Q SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform

This limitation applies regardless of the cause (contract, tort, strict liability) and even if Z10Q has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Z10Q may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or for other legitimate business reasons. We will provide notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Z10Q, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your submission of content
• Your infringement of any rights

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or litigation in the appropriate courts. You agree to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
